Legal bases
We process enquiry data based on your request to receive a response and our legitimate interest in operating a trade marketing studio. Contract performance covers client project data. Cookie analytics run only with consent where required.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with fabricators, installers, or field agencies only when needed to deliver a scoped launch project and under confidentiality expectations. Hosting and email providers may process data as processors on our behalf.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Contract and invoice records are retained as required by Thai accounting rules. Cookie preference choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
